Any individuals residing in Buchanan County with an income of 200% and below the federal poverty level, regardless of insurance status (except Medicare), are eligible for medical and dental services. Reproductive Health services are charged per a sliding fee schedule, with no geographical or income restrictions.
Medical & Dental Clinic Qualifications
Patients wishing to use our medical and dental clinic must reside in Buchanan County and meet the annual earnings of less than 200% Federal Poverty Level. See table below for income qualification.

Reproductive Health Services Qualifications
Our reproductive health services are offered without residential or income restrictions. Patients can be uninsured or insured with a high co-pay, a Medicaid recipient, or have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. A sliding fee scale is available!
